Guildmissions
Guildmissions each Sunday at 20:00 (CET/CEST). If you can't join us for the Sunday-mission, you are welcome to start a mission at any time.

Raids
Oopsy are mainly a raiding guild. We have all levels of experience from people in training til raid-speed-clear-groups. We are organizing a lot of training-runs for new raiders atm., and we can use more raid-leaders.
It's important that everyone help each other. Start something yourself to get things going. Try to form a premade with people you like to play with.

Guildhall

Our guildhall in Windswept Haven is maxed out in lvl and upgrades, and you can pick free buffs from guildhall, and do your daily gathering there.

WvW

We are many WvW-veterans in the guild but we don't have any special events for WvW. Ask in guild chat if you want to find people to play with from your server. 

Ranks in Guild

Mini Boss: Guildleader

Raidleader: Highly experienced raiders, who often create raids on our calendar / or impulsive raids in guildchat.

Guild Officer: Players that help out with managing the guild in different ways.

Guild decorator: Lovely people who decorate the guild hall for us.

Raid Veterans: Players who have done all bosses over and over. They know their rotations and have the "right gear". They know each tactic so much that they would be able to lead each encounter (if they wanted)

Raids Exp: Players who know each boss and have killed them all several times (preferably 10+ times). They know their rotations and have the "right gear"

Semi-Exp: Players who know the mechanics of each boss, and have at least 1 kill on each boss. They know when to dodge, which skills/traits to use and feel comfortable. They don't need any explanation for the fights anymore, but they are not super experienced.

Raidtraining: New players to raid. Some have maybe killed a few bosses (or all of them) but still need a bit more experience. Not everyone have the right gear yet, and still gathering to get this.

A F K: A rank if you are afk over a longer period of time. Members who haven't been online (or got their rank changed to AFK) will be kicked after 1 month of not logging in.

New Friends: All new recruits get this rank

Everyone (apart from New Friends) have access to start guild missions, to scribe in Guild Hall, use portals from Guild Hall and to claim objective in WvW.

Recruitment
We are not actively recruiting. 
However, we now and then take in new members as we kick members who have been offline for longer than a month. We try to keep 1-2 spots open for new raidleaders.
